POWERTRAIN
Potent 999cc DOHC eight-valve parallel-twin engine delivers thrilling power with legendary Yamaha reliability. The Yamaha Chip Controlled Throttle (YCC-T) optimizes power delivery for a variety of situations. Selectable D-Mode offers three power delivery settings: Sport Mode, Trail Mode and Crawl Mode. Yamaha's Ultramatic CVT system utilizes a centrifugal wet clutch and a constant-tension belt system for unmatched reliability. Yamaha's Continuously Variable Transmission is backed by the industry's only 10-year belt warranty. On-Command four-wheel drive system includes Turf Mode for unlocking rear differential to minimize turf damage. The front differential offers quick locking engagement and disengagement.

NEXT LEVEL COMFORT
The Wolverine RMAX4 1000 Limited maximizes passenger comfort with full length rear doors and substantially more rear passenger space including an impressive 47% (7.5 inches) more forward leg room and 40% (5.8 inches) more side-to-side leg room when compared to previous RMAX4 models. There is also thicker, softer new knee pad material, smooth front seat backs, inset rear door speakers and new premium grab handles creating a plush, roomy interior for long days on the trail.

MORE STORAGE SPACE
Utilizing the same larger dumping cargo bed from the RMAX2, rear cargo capacity is increased more than three fold over previous RMAX4 models while also enabling use of many existing Yamaha Genuine RMAX2 bed accessories like the Spare Tire Carrier and Cargo Box. There's also a cavernous new Rear Center Storage Console with a 23-liter capacity, LED interior lighting, USB port with built-in cable pass-throughs and a convenient drain plug.
